The Russians continue to destroy Ukrainian cities, leaving hundreds of families without homes. The enemy is taking away the safety, comfort, and confidence in the future from adults and children alike. Unfortunately, some may never be able to return to their native walls.
Volunteers are doing everything possible to make our shelter at least a temporary home for people who have been forced to flee the war. Over the past few days, in cooperation with other organizations, we have taken in more than 40 people.

Among the evacuees from eastern and southern Ukraine is a large family. A woman with five minor children has lost everything, but she still holds hope for a better future for herself and her little ones. She emphasizes that the priority should always be life, not material values. No matter how difficult it is to leave the familiar walls and all the memories behind and go into the unknown, if it is the only way to save yourself, you must take it.
In turn, our volunteers are doing their utmost to provide the necessary support to people who have had to give up their usual lives and are afraid of being left alone with their problems and fears, because now we need to be united more than ever.
